Shining light

Again the team shone with their willingness to assist with a problem of my own doing. I should have checked on stock availability, and forgot. After finalizing payment, I was informed that the component ordered was out of stock with them as well as with the supplier, within a couple of minutes. A no nonsense refund was arranged and an email was sent from them with an unnecessary, though very appreciated apology.

The experience I encounter every-time I shop with them is hassle free and without fuss. And the whatsapp stock check, which I forgot to use haha, is actually quite a welcome feature.

I really wish that a few other companies would take the time to watch them and see what client care is all about
