Excellent service!!

I have to say that the customer service I received from this store was nothing short of amazing and I did not deserve it. I was rude and a total B* but I tell you the person behind their WhatsApp number remained extremely calm and helpful despite how awful I was. They are a small business and at the time I did not even realise this and expected them to sort my issue out as quickly as the likes of Takelot would and that was so unfair. When I tell you I was rude and extremely difficult yet they remained calm and helpful. After going through the abusive WhatsApp messages I sent them, I decided to self-introspect and could not, not take accountability for my actions and not write this review. They took time to respond to me even outside business hours and they were patient. I don't know how many good things I could say but I would like to say please do support this store. They are really an amazing store and deserve all the sales that come to them because wow l even regret being so mean to them. I hope the person I abused would forgive me.
