Easy Warranty Replacement and Good Communication

Ordered a HP Calculator from their BobShop. Calculator was brand new in packaging and was delivered without delay. Unfortunately the calculator had a fault and needed to be replaced. They facilitated the entire warranty replacement and the product was replaced. They messaged and remained in contact the entire time.
