Horror experience at Clippers bar and restuarant

I had breakfast on 27th of April 2022 at clippers bar and restuarant their machine was faulty and i was requested to pay cash which i did in good faith . On returning hone my bank account was debited twice . After numerous calls and emails I received a refund on 23rd May and 2nd June here the saga should have stopped but to my surprise my account was debited again on 5th June even though i was not in Durban .It appears the only action i get is when i turn to social media . Staff I have been dealing with are apologetic but that is all . I have been dealing with Siyabonga ,Manzli,Suphemele, Brandon Castleman ,Zamani,Sheila Dadla Vusi Makwa**** and still no redult
