The advertiser Clinton Vandis ( phone numbers *** and *** ) sent me an invoice for R 9,000 from West Cape Civil and Landscaping ( *** ) on 25 December 2022 for grass to be delivered to my house in Herm****. I paid the 50 % deposit to the Standard Bank Account Number ***1 in the name of Thoko Swelindawo.

He never arrived on the 27th as his grass supplier was not open for business. On the 28th he informed me he is busy loading the grass and is on his way - he never showed up in Herm**** and switched his phone off.
