BAD SERVICE BY CLINTCOR EXPORT, SPRINGS

I bought a Tipper truck from Clintcor Export in Springs two months ago for an amount of R435 000,00 CASH. After paying everything in full I was informed that the truck would be ready in three weeks time because there was still spray paint to be done as well as breaks and then it would be put through the test for the roadworthy certificate. Clintcor was going to bring the truck to me in Kathu after three weeks, which NEVER happened and did I eventually have to fetch the truck myself from them in Spring. On the way to Kathu, the truck broke down for the first time in the middle of the night. I had to contact people the next day to come and repair the truck and cost me R10 500,00 to be able to get the truck eventually to Kathu. I used the truck ones in Kathu and it broke down again and cost me AGAIN another R7 750,00 to repair. The tipper was bought to enable me to finish my project in Kathu and have I rented a TLB at R38 000,00 but due to the Tipper which is permanently broken I had to pay the TLB but the Tipper did not work. Day by day I am losing business and is it costing me money and penalties due to me not being able finish my project. I have been contacting the owner, Fernando, on various occasions who conveniently does not answer his phone or promises to come back to me but NEVER does. He does not respond to any messages and avoids me all the time. On the 9th of September, I EVENTUALLY got hold of Fernando and he promised to send mechanics to Kathu on the 11th of September and again on the 12th of September, to repair the Tipper, which NEVER happened. I have arranged accommodation but have they never pitched as promised. I am currently unable to finish my project due to the Tipper that is standing and will I keep Clintcor liable for all my expenses and losses up to date, which currently amounts to approximately R56 250,00. The service from Clintcor Export is beyond pathetic and would I like to warn any people who would like to do business with them to please re-think because they will not receive any after sales services from them and will also just be buying junk and lose a lot of money !
