Worst service ever for a private health institution

Worst "private hospital" ever . Been at casualty since 8:30pm, was attended at 10:20 , its now 00:15 & dr hasnt come back or the nurse to connect my drip after i went for xrays. I feel like this is total government hospital & rather they close cause they dont care about us. You can literally die & they will notice after 2hrs at casualty . If possible i would rate zerp
