Worst hospital group

With so many bad reviews on most of their 'so called private hospitals' I fail to understand how the Clinix Group has never made means to change the way their hospitals are being run. I recently had to take my son to Botshelong in vosloorus and trust me wasn't by choice.The service there was awful from the casualty receptionist,ward staff and security personnel. 90% of the staff in that hospital are rude and act in a manner as if they doing us a favor by assisting us,they tend to forget that we paying for those services they meant to be providing.

Several times I would ring the bell to get assistance with disconnecting my son's drip sohe could use the loo but instead u will wait for around 30mins if not more to be attended to.At times it would be an emergency and I would end up having to go look for them only to find them seated at ward reception having a gossip session. The maintenance there Is horrible from lights not working,wires that are meant to be hidden being visible. Several if the nurses had no idea on how to insert a drip or even flush it once it alarmed. The sister in charge was no where to be found when a complaint had to be put through.the nurses just keep opening medical utenils unnecessary to have u billed a large amount at the end of you stay Security personnel have no idea how to approach patients/visitors. One might as well have gone to a government hospital cause the way this hospital is being managed it's nothing close to a private hospital.
