Worst hospital experience

I have never experienced such treatment from a private hospital.My mom was admitted into the Wellness ward at Naledi Nkanyezi Private hospital and has been there for couple of days.When we went to visit we met with a nurse named Palesa in the Wellness Ward.She gave us an attitude whilst explaining us that we cannot go in the ward with ourkids.We understood and my sister than handed her child to me so that she could go in to see my mom.This Palesa nurse still standing at the door of the ward sees my sister who wants to go pass her to enter,Palesa than slams the door in my sisters face and we had to ask the security to unlock for her to enter to see my mom.The next day we go visit my mom again nd shes starving we ask her why hasnt she eaten she says no1 came to tell her her food is ready.We than made my mom eat the food we brought home.The next day same story. I demanded for the dr to discharge my mom so i can take her to Medi-clinic which i did.
