Worse treatment ever

I was in an accident a few months ago, i sustained head injuries and upon arrival a neckbrace was not put on this clearly shows they dont know their job, then after going for scans dr DZICHAUYA made ready to stitch me also not worried if i have a neckbrace, my husband asked him is there not better way of doing this because its my forehead but he was so rude to him chasing him out of the ward, he has done such a bad job i have a stitch to my forehead from my hairline to the right , right done to the left side of my eye i am currently going to a plastic surgeon that will help making the scar look better this could be avoided if i was taken to theatre but he was afraid of loosing the money so he stitched me up like a dog, then the nice part we were never invoiced as the med aid did not cover the full amount we had to pay in +- 1800 they send us treatening sms to pay or we will be handed over after paying, 3 days later we received another sms saying we were handed over to attorneys but we paid , this is the type of peope you will deal with, i have nver experienced such bad treatment ever from a hospital and would rather die to go to Lesedi pvt hospital the worse hospital ever
