Worse service ever!

I went to casualty on the 30th June, due to me having covid symptoms, I could not enter the hospital. I was sitting I a tent, having a drip inserted infeont of people, having my blodds taken, of which to date I don't know what those blood tests were for, nor do I have those results. After 3 hours waiting time, the doctor finally came. I kept saying I am cold but no ****s was given. Two days later I am in a worse state of health. On the day, the doctor at casualty never even came back to me after my consultation (Dr mphelane), just send a nurse over with my prescription and doctor's note.

Never ever am I going back there again!
