What a disgrace of a private hospital. Dr Sk Matseke.

Dr S K Matseke. I do not have enough words to express the trauma and humiliation i was subjected to at this Soweto Private hospital on 28/01/2022 at a parking lot inside the hospital premises, infront of the Nembula house entrance. At around midday on that Friday afternoon i was faced with an enraged female driver who was driving behind me and i took the parking spot she wanted and instructed me to move for her. She screamed abuse from inside her car with her front windows down, obstructed traffic flow behind her, moved back and forth to make sure she had face contact with me and continued hurling insults at me. I sat in my car helpless as i felt threatened and intimidated by her. I was running out of time as i had a consultation at a specialist. With no security guard insight i deployed my pepper spray as i got out of my car as she was still parallel to my car with the same rage and verbal violations on my persona. As i quickly got away to enter Nembula house she physically attacked me from behind and then there was a scuffle. Staff members including security officer only came out approximately 20minutes when now it was physical. I lost my branded spectacles/sunglasses in the scuffle only to see them sticking out of the lady's backpocket and i took them only to find that they are already broken, not sure if this was planned as a ******* of my possessions. We were taken away by management team from people's eyes as they say they are running a business and the incident would ruin their reputation. During the sitting in the manager's office, Mr Matseke the hospital manager instructed the head of security to call police (SAPS) for me to be taken away as i discharged my pepper spray in public that also affected his employees. He, Mr Matseke and Mr Cloete the nursing manager displayed their Superiority by conducting the supposedly remedy to the conflict on their feet when the other members and victims were seated. Mr Cloete was less interested as he was mostly on his phone. The head of security was recording the meeting, i noticed it and told him he can't record me without my consent. The hospital manager made it clear that his security personnel only guard our cars from being ****** and not to stop fights or anti social behaviour within the hospital premises. He refers to employees as 'his'. And me i shall be liable if anything happens to his staff members who were affected by the pepper spray i ejected, he was not bothered about my physical attack. I am not sorry but Mr Matseke the hospital manager is way above the community that his hospital serves, paying service users for that matter. I begged for follow up and counselling after the traumatic incident and such has not happened from the hospital even when i was promised Layla will give me a call. I am still traumatised from the incident and i was agitated on 31/01/2022 as i went back for my consultation at a specialist at Nembula house, i even left before time as i was not at ease. I feel there has not been a remedial action implemented after the incident to all involved. The incident could have been prevented if a security guard was at their post in the first place. What a disgrace and one of the poorest customer care from a private hospital.
