Ward 3 the worst place to sleep in

All the wards are renovated except for ward 3. This hospital treats mentally disabled patients like dirt. The staff members try by all means but there are roof leaks and no renovations done in ward 3. Only the the garden was renovated but not the ward. Only a new bath and nothing more. This ward makes more money for this hospital as there are always patients throughout the year. But still excuses from management. The TV's signal always a problem. This hospital is the worst by far
