Very Bad Service from reception to management

Victoria Private Hospital - Mahikeng Very *********** staff, very rude nurses, drop the phones while still talking to them, calls being directed to incorrect wards. Doctors do as they wish, wrong diagnosis to patients. Specifically Dr. Lobembe dont have listening skills messed up my child sick note while the child is very sick only booked the child off sick 1 day. I'll advise people of North West especially mahikeng they rather use government hospitals rather than Victoria Private Hospital your medical aid will be exhausted. bad service
