Unprofessional service

Tshepo themba clinix in Soweto gave me the most unprofessional service ever. I gave birth on the 16 of April and by right I was suppose to have received my birth certificate within a week. They claimed to have called me twice, undisputed. When I went my son had just turned 6 weeks then I was informed that I filled my form incorrectly and I must amend it and resubmit. Which i did. never received any call to come and collect or anything. I then went again in July to find out where the birth certificate was, only to be told that they don't give out the certificate if you made a mistake and I must go to home affairs and apply there. I was baffled because they made me wait for more than a month only to be told that. I am totally unsatisfied with their service.
