unprofessional and rude service

My impression of that Awful treatment has tarnished Naledi hospital. its a great concern to me that you find such people in a private facility.Such behavior not only claims the rights of the client/patient, but also basic ethical and moral standards as well. This attitude discredits the head management of the company in the eyes of clients and is unacceptable.
