Unpleasant service

I was admitted at Lesedi Private Clinic on 07 March 2018. I was not happy about the service at the hospital.

No 1: I waited for over an hour at the reception before being attended to No 2: I was admitted at the old ward 4, the geyser and tv weren't working I used clod water to bath No:3 The staff didn't have enough clinical equipment No 4: The bedding was only changed on Friday in the after I requested for it to be changed twice. I was always told that there is no linen or gowns. No 5: The kitchen staff were also not professional, the food was always delayed.

I am appealing to the management to rather shut down the old ward 4 or refrain from admitting in that ward as 1st preference was given to the "new medical ward4".Basically other patients as less important than the ones admitted ion the new building hence I assume the charges are the same
