Tshepo-Themba A horrific nightmare

I'm so grossed out by Tshepo-Themba.. My son was admitted in the pediatric ward on Saturday the 5th of June. He was given cold food, not even offered microwave to warm baby's food. The rooms are way too small to be shared by 8 people. My son made a mess on the bed and I asked for the sheets to be changed, they told me that they will change it the following day. I used my fleece blanket as a bed sheet for my baby to be comfortable. They don't give sleep in parents blankets and pillows. They don't even offer water in the rooms. They don't check on the patient, I had to call them tp come and attend to my son. My baby had a bit of nappy rash, but now it's worse my baby can't sit after I told them (doctor and nurses) multiple time that what they y prescribed is not working...

Gaaaa I'm utterly mortified and disgust
