The standards at Tshepo Themba have declined I would not recommend to anyone. We are treated like this as if we are not paying we are getting a free service. The management should be changed or we close shop once and for all.

Tshepo themba clinic standards have dropped so much the treatment there is appalling. I was admitted there late November 2024 for a procedure when I was admitted a "nurse" I would call her so I'm not sure because of the way they were reprimanded in by another nurse who was busy with another patient to come and work they were busy Yada yadding this an that with colleagues in the corridors. Finally when she came in she gave me a bloodied gown to my horror of horrors. Tshepo Themba management is just horrible that hospital should seriously be closed down. I didn't want to believe when I was told patients are dying there I also lost 2 of my colleagues there in 2024 I guess I just wanted to see for myself . Is it because of its location then the staff and the management because as township residents we are known to be of mediocrity and accept every garbage as long as we getting the service. This clinic needs an overhaul period unfortunately Dr Matseke's vision is thrown in the mud.
