Terrible Service offered by NomaSonto

I gave birth at Tshepo Themba hospital on the in April 2017 , i paid cash for 2 days , we were very happy with the service we got for the delivery of our son but very disappointed with how our account was handled. we only getting informed today that there is an outstanding amount 8 months later after it has been handed over to debt collectors ,A simple phone call to notify us that there was an outstanding amount would have been appreciated , the response we got from Sonto with a bad attitude as well was that the first and only communication which is an sms was sent to us september 2017 which is still 5 months later to notify us of the outstanding amount . This is terrible customer service and not a way to treat paying clients , how our account was handed over for debt collection without even informing us pazzles me , Should my credit record be affected by the incompetence of the accounts department i will take legal action .
