Terrible service ever
<p>We got to lesedi and we were informed by a rude Casuality administrator they dont accept our medical aid plan. We had to call the medical aid administrator who confirm that it is incorrect. Eventually after 2 hours we got assisted and the file was open. Only after that, we got assisted despite an emergency situation we were in.</p> <p>Around 12H00 my wife was admitted in ward 1 and we were told Dr Magubane will come and see her.</p> <p>She was given medication at Causuality, be a drip and some medication which got finished around 4.</p> <p>She had a finished drip on her from 4 until 20H00 when I complained.</p> <p>I was told they are still waiting for her medication from phamarcy which was incorrect.</p> <p>I left the ward and go to Phamarcy and the two pharmacist told me it is impossible that she has since been waiting for her medication when she got admitted.</p> <p>They informed me to bring the ward sister.</p> <p>I went back to ward and ask the sister and they said they cannot do anything as they still waiting for the Doctor.</p> <p>After the complain, only then her drip was changed which was hanging for hours been finished.</p> <p>Late arounf 21H35, she got her medication but still no doctor.</p> <p>She woke up this morning with the same medication she got last night, still no doctor to se her since admission.</p> <p>She is struggling with Headache and having ask the sister, she was told they cannot help as they are still waiting for the doctor and there was no medication headache related from casuality when she got admitted.</p> <p>Is now a day in ward 1, and she still waiting for Dr Magubane to come see her, same drip and medication she got from the ward.</p> <p>I called and ask to hospital manager and I was told she is not in and got reffered to Sue which she said is the hospital secretary.</p> <p>She promised to call in 15 min and I am still waiting for her call.</p> <p>Is that a kind of service you expect in hospitals in townships?</p> <p>Do you have to stay a day and got charged a bed only see the doctor after 16 hours been admitted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope someone can rectify the attitude, service and contracted doctors.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
