Teach nurses ubuntu and how to handle families of critical patients
Tshepo themba yesterday the 23rd of March sister Khayisile kumalo was very rude and her manners was unprofessional yet she is working with sensitive ICU patients. Worse she showed no remorse when I mentioned the steps I will be taking the matter further. This is a private hospital but treatment is worse than government.

Worse they went as far as saying they will tell her daughter. A kíd who is facing exams. I mean common sense and sensitivity is to be considered.
