Refusal to admit my son at Clinix Naledi-Nkanyezi

I would like to complain about the service at Clinix Naledi-Nkanyezi, I took my son there last year December and they refused to admit my son saying that Clinix is not contracted with BankMed, this left me very desperate and stranded, I then called my medical aid this year January asking what was the problem and they advised me that I can go to any hospital and that my medical will only cover the \scheme rate"<br> <br> My question is why is clinix telling me that you can't admit my son? I know there is a form that the main member has to sign acknowledging that should the medical aid not pay the account in full then the main member will have to settle the account"
