Refund my R250

My daughter was admitting to this hospital and I paid R250 which needs to be refunded if the patient gets admitted when I first called the told me its my medical aid that needs to refund called Discovery I was advised that its the hospital called them again spoke to one lady from billings said Discovery short paid them with R150 so they can't refund n I asked her to take it on the money they need to refund me and pay the difference. She agreed then she sent an email to discovery to find out why they didn't pay the full amount cc'd me then after few months I emailed her back for feedback no reply I think tshepo -themba is robbing people of their monies now discovery said they hv paud the full amount.
