Receptionist f**** rude

Receptionist at Casualty so f**** rude I was at the hospital on the 6/09/2021 for a follow up check up the lady at casualty who was opening files for everyone let me stay there for more than an hour and when it was my turn to open a file I was sent to the main reception I’m not sure why she treated me like that I’d like an explanation to that she only opened a file for me cause I had requested to c the site manager why was I sent to the main reception while everyone else and those who came after me where attended and their files where opened

I feel like she wanted to attend all her friends and I was left there to wait as she doesn’t know me
