I just have a small concern, please ensure that everyone in the team gets proper training and somewhat has a passion for assisting patients. I once heard one of the reception ladies shout at an adult patient who seemed partially deaf. The ladies name is Asanda or Amanda.. please get her to be in order just like the rest of the amazing team!!
