poor service from hospital

On the 16th of January 2018 Rose Ndlovu my mother went to see Dr Karera at Dr SK Matseke Hospital because she was in so much pain we went there after we saw Dr Fineberg at Lyndhurst who advised and gave a referral letter for hospital to do a MRI scan for C5 and C6, then we asked DR Karera to admit my mother under DR Mjusa who is a spine doctor then he agreed and admitted her under his care not DR Mjusa, then she went for the wrong MRI that DR Karera advised for , scan that costed R8000 from the medical aid the scan was wrong because it was for neck tissues not for spine C5 and C6 then he gave her wrong medication because of wrong diagnose then she was discharged from hospital, she came back home with the same pain it got worse as she started being swollen both hands then we went again to the hospital to see DR Mjusa the spine DR who advised the that MRI scan done was wrong it it was for the neck not the spine had to do another MRI scan again another funds from the medical aid though it was approved then after i was booked for cervical spine surgery OP on the 13th of February 2018, went for OP it was successful then they took me to ICU that i had the best care after being moved out of ICU to ward 1 i got the poor service from the nurses my mom was vomiting since in the morning without any care or assistance from the nurses she was in so much pain still no one attended her or gave her medication i was at hospital in the morning to visit her i actually had to beg one of the nurses to assist her to go to the bathroom and as per doctors orders she was not even supposed to move until advised by him at 3pm it was my second visit she was still vomiting unattended like the way i left her in the morning with so much pain not given medication and she was feeling cold went to ask nurse for blanket and she gave me a torn sheet see photo as attached. Bear in mind its private hospital as we are paying for service that we not even getting this must be addressed really im disappointed and sad that my mom had to go through so much pain but being admitted in hospital.
