Poor service from a private hosipital

Highly dissapointed that I visited a private hospital that could not offer parents with tea/coffee because their kettle in the children's ward was broken. What happened to making a plan? I should of just went to Bara then I wouldn't have had expectations. Why do I have medical aid? So disgusted with their toilets in the ward. Hire staff to clean!
