Poor service experienced

I was admitted at Dr SK Memorial Hospital from the 02/04/18 till the 04/04/18. On the day of arrival I received cold food with a lot of dried fat (supposed to be Macaroni and mince). The water jug was dirty it had white floating stuff. For my duration there I bathed with cold water because there was no hot water available from the morning till the evening. I was discharged to leave for home on the morning of the 04/04/18 and I requested a nurse who was on night duty to remove the drip on my hand and she told me to wait for the day staff but later came to remove it , she ripped the thing off my hand and tore off a bit of my skin and to this day my left hand is still in pain. She failed to cover and dress it well instead she gave a piece of cotton wool and used the same cover to cover the wound.

I am very unhappy, I thought their service would improve overtime but its worse than before.
