Poor service and bad attitude

On the 2nd of April 2015 my wife was admitted at Botselong Empilweni Private Hospital (Clinix) at Vosloorus around 7:30pm, she was suffering with shortness of breath and she was admitted at causality ward where we got helped and she was supp**** with oxygen, therefore later she was transferred to maternity ward as she's 31 weeks pregnant. I left her at the hospital and went home before she was transferred to maternity ward, about two hours around 9pm I call her to check on her and she was complaining about pains on her chest and joints and she was not helped with oxygen since she was transferred to maternity ward, she also mentioned that she was not attended since she called for helped. Therefore I had to drive back to the hospital and only to find that she was not helped. I had to query with sister Sombu since I was panicking, as it happened in year 2013 that my wife gave birth to a stillborn at the same hospital but sister Sombu told me to leave the hospital, so I went to the parking stayed about an hour and I call my wife and she was not attended to still.
