Poor service

Clinix in Vosloorus is poor . casualty is gud , reception side is perfect.last night my wife was admitted and there is no heater the place is cold. Dr prescribe her medication to my surprise the pharmacy inside the hospital they don't have .she is still lying in hospital without medication
