Poor service

On the 14th Feb my 1yr old daughter had an injury and i had to rush her to hospital. I got a shock of my life <br> When we got to casualty we were attended by the most unfreindliest nurses who felt like they were doing us a favor. I was told to go and get a file opened. The wait by the reception area took me atleast an hour to be attended just to open a file. Poor receptionist was working alone with a pile of papers and telephone ringing non stop, he looked confused at times. I honestly felt like i was in Bara instead of a private hospital. Eventually it was my turn, other people were also tired and complaining about the wait. I had to again come back and join the que to open another file of admission.<br> <br> Storry short, i do not recommend anyone to use this public hospital, they treat u as if they offering services for free. There was one sister with with straight back who really was the most unfrendliest out of all the casualty staff and i didnt apreaciate the way she spoke to me. The one sister who met my expactations at last was sister Edeth in the pediatric ward. <br> <br> I arrived at 19h45 but only got to be admitted by 22h00, welldone Tshepo Temba for the slopiest service ive ever recieved
