poor delivery

<p>I am admitted in their hospital in selby. The kitchen fails to deliver the correct food we agreed to get. For the past 2 days they are serving oros to patients and when we ask why they keep saying tomorrow. Today I asked to speak to the superior in the kitchen so I can understand what's the problem a lady by the name of Pat said there's a problem and hang up. I know for a fact that they will bill 100% pure juice on our statements.</p>
