Paying Extras of R110.00

29/08/2014 I took my daughter to Clinix Botshelong-Empilweni,her hand was painfull it was stwisted or moved from its position .I paid everthing in cash of R2575.05.<br> Consultation R1500.00,Ex-ray R1000.00 medication R75.05.but found her hand was not broken she was not admitted.<br> <br> A week after a guy from consultation called me saying they do not see my payment at finance the R1500.00,wanted to check if I paid with a credit card or what?cause payment is not appearing on their side. the slip they had at consultation got lost while a cleaning lady was cleaning his desk.<br> <br> He wanted me to come bring my slip.he then called me the following day saying they have manage to track the paymeny.<br> <br> Now this month 04/11/2015 Mr Mawande called me saying I need to pay my account of R110.00 for extras that I was suppose to have paid last year,the account department did not make a follow up last year ealier as these normally comes after I have paid everything.it was an error on their side,but now I wont be paying something that happend a year ago.and was supposed to be picked up last year, plus I paid Botshelong cash not with medical aid.they sholu have told me last year not after one year four months.
