Pathetic service

Yesterday the 12 of August I called TSHEPO THEMBA hospital in Dobsenville to find out if they can drain flam from a child the lady at the reception said YES and assured me that they doctor can do it immediately as it is a quick procedure and advised I come with R850, she then booked my child to come at 14:00pm. When he got there DR KT Seseane checked his ear and mouth with an Otoscope and said that the child has something in his throat and said he has to go to Theatre and the lady at the reception took down my medical aid details. But what puzzles me the most is that we're they not supposed to run tests first and an x-ray? And prior to the that my child was at the same hospital for 3 days of which he had fever and when I asked the doctor why is my child is in hospital for so long, what is the diagnosis he said Bronchopneumonia, why didn't the doctor pick up that my child had something on his throat? I immediately told the lady not to proceed with booking my child for theater because the moment the hospital knows that you have a medical aid they will lie and diagnose you for things that you don't have while they debit your medical aid. As we speak I have an outstanding bill that I need to pay to the hospital on R3k and my partner had to pay that R850 when we asked what are we paying for they said to open a file and open day? What is Open day?

The service at this hospital is pathetic, you will basically pay for nothing/ no service rendered. I will definitely not recommend this hospital to anymore I think public hospital are way better than this hospital
