No emergency doctors available

My mother is asthmatic, diabetic and hypertensive and was admitted at Clinix Naledi Nkanyezi. For a couple of days, she has been in pain and the attending doctor only attended to her every 24 hours! She complained about pain, was in distress, couldn't breathe properly and she was given same medication even when it wasn't helping and the doctor showed up hours later. <br> She also mentioned that at night when she's in distress, she is still not attended to by the staff to a point that one of her ward mates reprimanded the staff for ignoring patients. <br> What I saw there is that the general environment is not clean and the staff takes no initiative, shows no sense of urgency and no compassion for people working with patients. <br> I personally would want any of my loved ones and myself to be admitted at that hospital.
