Never encountered

Was admitted on Saturday 21/7/2018 for chest pains. Sunday morning on 22/7/2018 no one was available to make our beds so we slept on them again for the whole night. Air conditioner is also not working. Food that they serve is always cold and imagined being served warm to cool tea always. On the 25/7/2018 I was served tea with dirty cup and tea s**** that was used by another patient. But high five to the nursing sister's.
