Misinformed

I came into the hospital at ams and night seek for assistance which I was assistant by a Dr SD Makamu,I know get a shocking sms:Please note that you have an outstanding balance of R 686.60 at Dr SD Makamu. Contact Themba/Surprise on ********** . Please do not reply to this SMS. My concern is why was I not advised that the Dr I'm seeing is not on my network medical aid which is bankmed basic so I'm aware I will be required to pay I spoke rude,full of attitude,heartless,non understandable, doesn't listen too customers, fast on answers, no listening s****s ,worse of all telephone ethnics reception manager Dudu Mthobela ,My worry is hospital is supposed to let you know about such cases instead of calling you and explaining everything I get a damn sms poor poor service this is an acceptable.
