INCORRECT BILLING BY HOSPITAL RESULTING IN BAD CREDIT

I was admitted at Botshelong Hospital from 02-05 May 2023 for a procedure. Fine the procedure was done and all went well. Huge problems i have now the billlings were not correct and have to deal with medical aid who has used all my saving to pay doctors. I tried to contact the hospital with no luck and I ended up going there myself and they promised to come back to me. The risky part is that I can't use my medical aid anymore since they used it to pay incorrect bills. This is urgent and no one look like is caring regardless how much i have stated this and the risk is imposing on my family.
