*********** and poor service

<p>I went to Clinic Health Group previously known as (Lesedi clinic) on Monday even with a fracture on my ankle, X-ray was taken and plaster cement was put on my leg,got a letter to resume work on 24/10/2016 then was told to come back following day for X-ray report. Came back immediately received my X-ray report & was told that a Dr needs to examine it. I went to the reception only to find Ida (receptionist/administrator) who didn't hear anything & just told me to sit down. Sat there for almost 2 hours, after Smanga (receptionist/admin) who noticed my waiting.Dr Moumi who didn't greet or tell me her name,who just came to tell me that my report is fine. I told her about the 2 hour situation,she didn't empathise with me.Dr Moumi sent someone to discharge me, without giving me the date to remove my plaster, I then asked for the date. They told me to come back on 26/10/2016,asked what about my job because I'm returning to work on 24th,they said I don't need to go to work. I'm still confuse even,thinking of just removing this plaster myself. Clinix Health Group needs employees like Smanga. </p> <p>I don't deserve just treatment as I'm the one who pays their salaries, I worked very hard for my medical aid fund to be deducted from my salary. Clinix needs to know that the difference between them and public hospital is services and fees.</p>
