Ill child turned away

I arrived at the hospital with my son who is on the med aid. The main member I'd not myself. The receptionist or administrator clerk requested a main member ID which of course I don't have and which I've never been asked for. Upon failure to produce we were turned away, arrogantly so I might add. I am so unimpressed by the service I received and will never be using the services ever again.
