Ignorance , bad service.

I am very disappointed with the services I received from Tshepo Themba Hospital, My child has been seeing doctors there for months, but no one thought of testing her for allergy. on the 09 Oct 2017- 13th Oct 2017, my child was admitted in Tshepo Themba Hospital, She had a diarrhea and her temperature was very high, so they admitted her on the 09 Oct 2017 at about 23:30 . Doctor ( Mr. Machecha) came to see her the following day (10 Oct 2017) and he start by asking questions, from when the client started to get sick, told him from Wednesday on the 04th Oct 2017, my husband and I took her to GP on the 06th Oct 2017, who said it might be what she ate then gave us some medication to stop diarrhea, but the medication seems it was not working hence we felt she is getting worse and that is the reason why we came to the hospital, and he said is the child allergic to anything, then I said not that I am aware of. and he said we do not give the child proper food, she must eat meat, all her meals must include meat. and he asked if does my child attend crèche then I said yes she recently started attending, and he said the reason why my child is sick is because she got bacteria from crèche , 70% that she needs to fight in her body, he said to the nurse give her this medication anti- biotic (can't remember other once) , night past he came the following day , said she still keeping her , then following day my child was getting no better then he changed anti- biotic , then the night past , she got worse , then the following day which was on Thursday (12 Oct 2017) he changed again Anti-biotic, he even suggested that they must do another blood tests for malaria, he asked if we sure we did not go out of the country. my child was not getting better, she looked better Friday, maybe, Doc discharged her (13 Oct 2017) then we subscribed some medication to use while we home. My child was not getting better, she was getting worse , her stomach was growing, she was getting weaker, loosing weight more, and still having diarrhea. My husband decided we must get second opinion . We took her to Flora Clinic, they admitted her, we were helped by Dr. Kitoko, who was bringing proof of his thinking, he did the tests, before he did the tests, he took my child to sonar, to check her stomach. then he said he suspect that she is Lactose Intolerance. He told us the symptoms and also showed us in paper the reasons why he suspects that, he took the blood tests for allergy , only to find out he was right. the test came shows that she is allergic to milk and soya. My problem is that how come Tshepo Themba couldn't pick that us? or even suggest to make test for allergy? I am breast feed my child, I was with her all this days that she was admitted at Tshepo Themba and it caused me a lot because I had no annual leave, I had to take unpaid leave at work so that I can be with my child as she needed me by her side. it costs us our medical aid payments. so I want refund from Tshepo Themba ( The Nurses are so unfriendly, seems like they forget other things they need to do, they took my child I don't know how many times to check/change where they poke her for drip, they where unprofessional, because if they knew that they mustn't remove my child from drip then they wouldn't need to check/change where they poke her for drip because it will make a cloth, so meaning they need to poke her again, I mean she is only 1 yr 6 months , that pain they cost my daughter due to their ignorance was too much) and Doctor Machecha. Flora Only poke my child once till we left the hospital, when they took her for blood test they take her with drip on. and also they explain everything they do so you understand. The sad part is that our medical aid (fed health)don't even have flora on their list of hospital, how sad and what a loss of a good hospital.
