Hygiene and bad service from the staff

im so disgusted with the service I received from Tshepo Themba, my daughter was admitted by her paeditrician on Wednesday 8/4/2015, it started when I went 2 the reception to open the file, I was assisted by Fatima,which I still think she's new, she asked her colleque for assistance, the guy was rude, I proceed to the ward, I was assisted by a rude arrogant sister Luvuyo, she was unprofessional and not welcoming, the bed my daughter was put in , it was so dirty , I had to ask the cleaner to wipe, the blinds and curtains are sooo dirty like they haven't been washed in years, just imagine dirty things in kiddies ward sies, then I pressed emergency help button for assistance , I waited for 15 mins for help, I had to step out of the ward and look for a nurse for assistance, my daughter was in the same room with a 1yr 4mnths baby boy Lihle, the poor sick baby cried for almost 30mins without help, I had to go & call a nurse for help. The nurses they took time to feed the little ones, they fed them after 30mins to 45mins after food arrival, not even one cartoon channel for kids,I paid a lot of money for **** at Tshepo Themba, the service sucks big time like its for free
