On the 23/01/2023 I took My Partner to Tshepo Themba, I left her at Casualty and went to Open a File, I was told after they Checked with her Medical Aid that I does not have cover, I paid for Opening a File and Doctor Fee, After I was told that They will have to Admin her in order to check her, and I advised that I will not have cash for Admission, then I was advise that in that case I have to fill a Refund Form as I had to Take her to Public Hospital, Since then I have not received my Money back

Today (01/02/2022) I called the Head Office I am told That Tiego is the Person who must Give and update, the Phone keep hanged up on me
