horrible service

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Dr Sk Matseke memorial hospital staff and systems.My 1 year old daughter daughter got 2nd degree burns when we got to the hospital we were turned back as i forgot my ID book and had to rush my daughter to a public hospital were she got help.I woke up the next morning and took her in seeing that she didnt sleep due to pains.This time i remebered my Id and we got assisted by the most kindest nurse named Phiona Baloi.On the 02 of November 2019 I had to again visit the clinic as my daughters wound got infected and she had a fever and refused to eat.The receptionist blatently refused to open a file as she needed to query finances with my medical aid company.A print out of the statement from the app was shown to the receptionist and since she studied medicine she saw it fit to advise me to buy calpol to drop the fever.i later took her to Lenmed were she was attended to and admitted.I called the casualty department on the 04/11/2019 to lay a complaint and the rude receptionist quickly transferred me to the maternity ward with the hope that I will let go of the complain.If i were to rate that hospital compared to a public hospital it would definitely come last.The day i set my foot in that hospital again would be the day i want to koll my daughter or myself
