Horrible service

The staff at clinix botshelong in vosloorus was not professional at all this time.i went to the casualty area with my 12 years old son for removal of the stitches. At the casualty area the service was very slow and I can only assume that the staff was on lunch because about after 15 min the lady came through the entrance with half coke 2L bottle and she called me and assisted me even though she was busy talking to her colleagues while assisting me.

I was then told that I will be called by the team who deals with removal of stitches and the expirience there was horrible.as the lady who fetched us from the casualty area was very impatient and rude. I asked if I can come through with my son and she said yes and we all proceeded to the ward and after she checked my son's wound she then asked me to leave the ward without explaining to me why. I then asked why was I told I can come through from the first place and she rep**** because she need to start with the procedure. My concern was why was I told to come inn and only then when I asked those questions then she told me because it was a minor wound and there will be no need for to be in the same ward with my son. I then walked out the crabed a seat outside the ward and she went out of the ward and came back shortly afterward pushing a trolley with some medication on it and knocked my foot and proceeded pushing the trolley towards the ward. I then asked her if she will not say sorry then rep**** " I said I was sorry and even looked at you haaaaw". I'm so disappointed with the service of today I felt like I'm in one of the Government hospital. I'm shocked
