Gift bag from maternity ward

<p>I went to Tshepo Themba Clinix group on 30 September 2016 to give birth. When I booked at de hospital I was informed that there is a gift bag that I will receive for my child. After giving birth I was never given my gift bag. I didn't pack everything for my child as I didn't want to hav a lot of bags to carry. My child didn't have diapers as the gift bag was supposed to have dem. Till today no one has called to tell me about the bag. I want my gift bag as in today.</p>
