Filthy hospital, pathetic nursing staff. Service gone to the dogs

This hospital has gone down and the service from the nurses is not just pathetic, it has gone to the dogs. The level of hygiene is shocking, My baby was admitted in the Pediatric ward, the sinks/ basin in the ward is filthy, the cleaning staff just mop the floor only and you can tell that they are just doing it for the sake of doing it. The nurses are also so unhygienic, they can go from touching one child t the other without even de germing their hands. The most unfriendliest bunch of people I have ever came across. Even when they talk to you, they treat you like you are in Baragwanath hospital. All the mothers in the ward I was in were complaining about the same thing. Should they notice that you are standing up to them, they will then suck up to you and give the child "special attention" Kids were neglected, left to cry without being given any attention. The kiddies toilets and bathrooms in the ward are also very unhygienic, needless to mention the bathrooms that we as parents had to use are so far away to the ward. OMG, they stink like you are in a public toilet that was last cleaned in 10 years. The staff do not care about patients in this hospital, they rather care about the filming/ shooting that was happening in one of the wards and we were harshly told by security to keep quiet as people were shooting/ filming.

I couldn't help but notice the "Marketing manager's office and kept wondering what is he/ she marketing for people to come to such a dirty place and nurses and doctors at casualty belongs to a public hospital.

Clinix group has failed dismally with Tshepo Themba and I will make sure that I tell everyone that cares to listen on every social media about Tshepo Themba. This hospital deserves to be shut down or down graded to a public health care. I know that this health care group doesnt respond to comments/ complaints on hellopeter and I WILL KEEP SPREADING THE WORD about the shocking experience had I will never ever set my foot again.
