Extremely bad service, very hurt 😔

This hospital makes my heart bleed, was admitted 2023 few times in and out of hospital Firstly the nurses from the wards are very rude I did put In a complaint about them and their manager said she will speak to then but even after nothing changed luckily I was moved to wellness center were I was treated very well. What is the worst pain is I was diagnosed by Dr Letsheli who opted for me to be admitted as I was not in a good state at all I stayed in hospital for like a month then a week at the wards then 2 weeks at wellness center if m not mistaken After 3/4 months I received a call saying I owe hospital 21 000 then I asked for what they say my medical aid did not pay some of the fees, then I asked for which fees exactly so that I can ask my medical aid the lady said she can't send me but she can see it's written I had pneumonia I was so shocked cz I was never diagnosed with pneumonia I never had pneumonia I went to Dr Letshelis consultation rooms he said he heared about that but he ddnt seem to be bothered at all then he said il speak to them till today he has done nothing The hospital manager called me and I explained what happened she also said il get back to u still from her, instead I got a call again saying how much can I afford to pay monthly as this fee needs to be paid, that time was still very sick did not have energy to fight about this I jst said 200 mostly thy said ok I am so heart broken about this, inkanyezi clinix hospital in sebokeng is a very bad hospital all staff there thy don't care about their patients even the receptionist from the doctors rooms it's like you bothering them when u there, the receptionist Georgiana a rude lady from Dr Letselis consultation room, also complained about her but thy didn't do anything, cry 😢 😭 I am very hurt about this situation as no one cares and no one does anything even after my several complaints
