DR Matseke Accounts department is falling apart

<p>I went to casualty in Dr Matseke memorial hospital some time in July 2016. My medical aid did not pay for the crutch and hospital ward. The hospital charged me exorbitantly for service equivalent to that of one hospital in Malawi rural area. So I paid for the ward charges which I don't think they deserved my hard earned money after the dirty hospital i saw. Now its been 4 month trying to pay crutch with different department. In that department were they issue crutch you have employees who can't use emails. They send you sms from their personal cellphone. When I refuse to pay to this ***** bank account no manager or Senior to assist. I am told to wait for three weeks for the colleague to return from leave. When I call the hospital no one can assist they send me back to same people who want to pocket my money and delete sms. Then I will never have proof to where I have paid </p>
